Totting Up
The ORCi has at it's recent meeting clarified suspensions / bans that may be extended at the ORCi discretion under 'totting up' applicable when a driver commits repeated offences.
Offences committed since 1st July 2011 will now be included in consideration for additional 'totting up' penalties if further offences are committed.
